Parents Day is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of July every year. In 2012, it is celebrated on July 22. It was formulated in 1994 by US President Bill Clinton. He realized that there was a Mother's Day that was celebrated on the second Sunday of May every year and also a Father's Day that was celebrated on the third Sunday of June every year. There was no day which commemorated the efforts of both the parents together. It was then that Parent's Day took shape.
