Aishwarya Rai was born on November 01, 1973. She won the Miss World beauty pageant in 1994. She made her film debut in 1991's forgettable Mamagaru. She is married to actor Abhishek Bachchan on April 20, 2007. She gave birth to a baby girl on November 16, 2011 named as Aaradhya Bachchan. In 2009, she was honoured with the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award given by the Government of India.
